Oats-1cup
Milk-1cup
Egg-2
Butter-1 stick
Sugar-1cup
Baking powder-1/2tsp
Baking soda-1/2tsp
Vanilla essence-1tsp
1. Soak oats in milk for half an hour.
2. Sieve the flour with the baking powder and baking soda 2 times and keep it aside.
3. In a bowl cream the butter, gradually add sugar and continue to beat until the mixture is fluffy.
4. Add eggs and beat well.
5. Add vanilla essence and oats. Mix well with a wooden spoon.
6. Lastly, add in flour bit by bit and mix towards one direction.
7. Use an oven proof dish; spread a thin layer of butter and sprinkle of flour around the base.
8. Place the batter and close the dish. Microwave on high power for 5 minutes.
