THERA ADA


Maida-2cups
Egg-2
Milk-1/2cup
Water-1/2cup
Sugar-2tbsp
Salt-a pinch
Cardamom powder-1/2tsp
Butter-2tbsp
Grind all ingredients to a smooth batter
(like dosa batter).

FOR FILLING
Grated coconut-1cup
Jaggery-3l4cup (melted)
Cardamom powder -1/2tsp.
Cashew nuts-10
Raisins-2tbsp
Ghee/butter-2tbsp

•Heat ghee in a pan and roast cashew nuts and raisins.
•Add coconut and melted jaggery.
•Stir continuously and make it in to a thick filling.
•Remove from heat and add cardamom powder.

MAKING OF THERA ADA
•Make a thin dosa with the batter.

•Cook until the bottom is golden brown.
•Scoop out about 3tbsp of prepared filling in to the center and roll it.
