METHOD
1.Heat oil in a pan and splutter mustard seeds.

2.Add onions and stir for 2minutes.
3.Add carrot, beans, coconut and salt.
4.Add beaten egg and stir well

5.When the egg is well cooked, add Idiyappam (rise noodles) and coriander leaves.
6.Mix well and remove from fire.
7.Garnish with fried cashew nuts and raisins
yummy idiyappam Ganga....looks colorful with the addition of all those veggies :)
