1.Bitter gourd(sliced)-3
Onion(sliced)-1
Green Chilly-3
Thenga kothu(coconut pieces)-1/4cup
2.Turmeric powder-1/2tsp
Salt
3.Coconut oil/Refined oil/Ghee-1&1/2tbsp
- Mix all ingredients together.Keep it aside for 30 minutes.
- Microwave on 100% power for 13 minutes.Keep stirring every 2 minutes.
- Serve hot with rice.
