Thenga kothu(coconut pieces)-1/4cup
Garam masala powder-1/2tsp
Dry red chilly-2
- Boil 2cups water and 1tbsp milk in a pan,add soya chunks.cover and keep it aside for 15 minutes.Press and squeeze out excess water.Cut them into 4 pieces.
- Mix soya chunks with onion, green chilly, turmeric powder, chilly powder ,coriander powder,garam masala and salt.
- Heat oil in a pan and sputter mustard seeds.Fry dry red chilly and curry leaves.Add soya chunks and cook covered on low flame for 5 minutes.Then open it and add shredded coconut.Simmer it until it is dry and separated from another.
- Serve hot with rice
