Combine all-purpose flour,corn flour and baking powder.
In a mixing bowl beat butter,vanilla extract and sugar until light and fluffy.Add in egg and mix well.Add dry ingredients and mix well.Refrigerate for about 30 minutes or until firm.
Preheat oven to 160 degrees..
Line a baking tray with parchment paper.
Use your hands to roll the dough into small lemon sized balls. Place the balls 2inch apart on the lined trays.Slightly push a few candies on top of each dough ball.
Bake at 160 degrees for 17-18 minutes or until set.Remove from oven and set aside for 30 minutes to cool.
In a large bowl beat egg white until light and fluffy.Gradually add in the sugar,1tbsp at a time,beating well after each addition,until sugar is completely dissolved.Add egg yolk ,vanilla essence and refined oil.beat well.
Add dry ingredients to the mixture alternately with milk.Stir until just blended.Gently fold in the banana and tutti frutti with a spoon.Fill the mold with batter up to 3/4th.Bake until golden or a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean, about 45-50 minutes.
1.Raw rice-1cup Black gram(uzhunnu)-2tbsp 2.Coconut milk powder-2tbsp Butter-1tbsp 3.Cumin seed-1tsp Black sesame seeds-1tbsp 4.Warm water-1/2-3/4cup Salt 5.Oil
Soak rice in water for 3-4 hours.Drain and spread on a cotton cloth to absorb the excess moisture.
Fry the black gram until light brown.
Grind rice with fried black gram into a fine powder.
Make a firm dough with sieved flour,coconut milk powder,butter,cumin seeds,black sesame seeds ,salt and warm water.keep it aside for 15 minutes.
Heat oil in a kadai.
Grease your hands with oil.Take small lemon sized balls from the dough and roll between your palms to form a thin cylinder.Bring the ends together to form into small rings.

Pressure cook horse gram and red gram with enough water and salt.(4-5 whistle)
Add cubed roots and turmeric powder to the beans mixture. Add water if needed.Cook it again in a pressure cooker for 2 whistles.
Grind together coconut,cumin seeds,green chilly ,pearl onion and garlic.Pour the mixture into the cooked roots.Adjust salt and cook till the required consistency is reached.
Remove from heat and add coconut oil and curry leaves.
Serve with 'Gothambu Kanji' ,pickles and pappadam.
