Ingredients
- 2 Apples
- 1 cup maida / Wheat flour
- 1/4 cup Sugar
- 1 Egg
- 1/4 cup Milk
- 1/2 tsp cardamom powder
- 1/8 tsp baking soda
- Oil- for frying
How to prepare
- Peel and chop apples.
- Add all the ingredients except the oil to the apples and knead well.
- Set aside for 10 minutes
- Heat oil in a kadai.
- Deep fry until golden brown.
