Achappam | Rose Cookies

 

Ingredients

  1. 1.5 cups raw rice
  2. 1/2 cup maida
  3. 2 eggs
  4. 1 tsp sesame seeds
  5. 1/2 tsp cumin seeds
  6. 1/4 tsp salt
  7. 1/2 cup sugar
  8. 3/4 cup thick coconut milk
  9. Coconut oil - frying
