Ingredients
- 1 cup grated coconut
- 1/4 cup roasted gram (pottukadala)
- 2 Green Chillies
- A small piece Ginger
- Salt - to taste
- Water - as needed
- Coconut oil - one tablespoon
- Mustard - a teaspoon
- Curry leaves - a sprig
- 2 Dried chillies
- 3 Small onion
How to prepare
- Fry roasted gram for 3 minutes without oil.
- Add roasted gram,coconut, ginger, green chillies, enough salt and water and in a mixer and grind.
- Heat coconut oil in a bowl and season with mustard, curry leaves, finely chopped onion and dried chillies.
