Oats-1cup
Ragi Powder-1cup
Grated Carrot-2
Water
Salt
- Dry roast oats and ragi separately for 2 minutes and keep it aside.
- Wet ragi and oats separately with required quantity of water and salt.
- Transfer the mix into puttu maker with grated carrot alternately.
- Place the puttu maker on a pressure cooker and steam for 3-5 minutes.
This is such a new dish to me. Looks so interesting and healthy.
