1.Raw rice(payasam rice)-1/2cup
Water-3cups
2.Melted Jagerry-2blocks(200gms)
3.Shredded Coconut-1/2-3/4cup
4.Cardamom powder-1tsp
5.Ghee-3-4tbsp
6.Cashew nuts-10(optional)
Raisins-1tbsp(optional)
- Cook rice with3cups water.
- Add melted jageery 1tbsp ghee and stir well.
- Add ghee little by little until thickened.
- Add shredded coconut and cardamom powder.
- Keep stirring until everything comes together.
- Garnish with fried cashewnuts and raisins.
